The President of the Carlos Chagas Institute \u2013 ICC, in the use of its regimental and statutory attributions, in relation to technical cooperation with the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, aiming at the development of the Projeto Menina, Mo\u00e7a Mulher, aimed at health care for women in a state of vulnerability social, relating to the term of the Term of Development n. 121\/2021 and SINCONV N. 917262\/2021 signed between FUNDA\u00c7\u00c3O OSWALDO CRUZ \u2013 FIOCRUZ and INSTITUTO CARLOS CHAGAS pursuant to Article 42 of the entity’s Bylaws, makes public the selection notice for employees, in the following terms:<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering<\/strong>\u00a0the statutory objective of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC to promote actions and projects aimed at women in a state of vulnerability, in defense of the right to health, pursuant to Article 9, “e” of its bylaws;
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering<\/strong>\u00a0the institutional objective of Article 7\u1d52, “I” of the Bylaws, of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC with regard to the celebration of institutional cooperation with public bodies to carry out its mission;
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering<\/strong> the cooperation agreement between the Carlos Chagas Institute and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, which imposes strict compliance with Law No. 8,958\/1994 and Decree No. 7,423\/2010;
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering<\/strong> that, in accordance with Article 9 of the Bylaws of the Carlos Chagas Institute, its actions and financial management are governed by the principles of legality, impersonality, morality, publicity, efficiency, economy, transparency and probity;
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering<\/strong> that the Girl, Girl, Woman Project is an institutional action by the Carlos Chagas Institute, which is legally responsible for public bodies and any employees who will be hired to carry out the work;
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering<\/strong> that the result of the original Selection process, after exhausting the established routes for selection of the role of Pharmacist, remained deserted;
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering<\/strong> the grounds and justifications of the members of the Administrative Selection Committee regarding the conditions for offering the original contest; The CEO Instituto Carlos Chagas, pursuant to Article 42, item \u201ct\u201d of the Bylaws,
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

RESOLVES: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 1\u1d52\u00a0<\/strong>Institute a simplified selection procedure for the position of Pharmacist, under the conditions of Annex I, who will be selected by the Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Menina, Mo\u00e7a Mulher Project, with regard to technical cooperation with the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Single paragraph<\/strong>. This Notice does not exhaust the process of filling vacancies in the project, being certain the possibility of a new resolution regulating a new selective call, until it meets the need for human resources of the same.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 2\u1d52<\/strong>\u00a0The evaluation criteria for candidates for this selection process are: Proven experience for the function or position sought; Technical or academic training for the function or position claimed; Ability to integrate and work as a team.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Paragraph one:<\/strong> Candidates who have legal impediments pursuant to Article 73 of the Federal Constitution of 1988 c\/c Article 117, XVIII of Law 8112\/90 c\/c Article 3 of Law 12813\/2013 c\/c Decision n\u00ba 1674\/2006- Plenary TCU- Federal Court of Accounts.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

First paragraph<\/strong>. The measurement criteria for each item above will be established by the Administrative Selection Commission, which will resolve any tie between the candidates.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

S<\/span><\/strong>econd paragraph<\/strong>:\u00a0In case of withdrawal of the selected candidate, the second on the list will be called immediately and so on.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 3<\/strong>. The Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Menina, Mo\u00e7a Mulher Project will promote a simplified process with analysis of resumes and interviews with the three best and most qualified candidates.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 4<\/strong>. The simplified selection process will take place in the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

First paragraph.<\/strong> Candidates must send an e-mail with a lattes curriculum within the period defined above, to the address secretaria@carloschagas.org.br with proof of professional identity, specialties and other alleged competences compatible with the selection criteria.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Second paragraph<\/strong>. In the subject field of the e-mail, the candidate must expressly mention: Candidate for the Vacancy of Pharmacist.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 5<\/strong>\u1d52\u00a0The professional will be selected by a special commission of three members appointed by the president of the Carlos Chagas Institute, appointed in due course by the president of the ICC.
\nSole paragraph<\/strong> \u2013 The committee’s work will be chaired by a coordinator assigned to the project area.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 6<\/strong>\u00a0The Committee will meet according to the calendar of this Resolution and on other dates at its convenience.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 7<\/strong>\u00a0It is incumbent upon the Secretariat of the Carlos Chagas Institute to manage the commission’s work administratively.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 8<\/strong>. It is incumbent upon the Carlos Chagas Institute’s legal counsel, when requested, to issue opinions on the commission’s work.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 9<\/strong>. The Secretariat of the Carlos Chagas Institute will make the members of the commission expressly aware of this Resolution
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 10<\/strong>. The omitted cases will be resolved by the presidency of the Carlos Chagas Institute, after hearing the commission.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 11.<\/strong> This Resolution is published on the website of the Carlos Chagas Institute and forwarded to the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, adopting all the pertinent administrative measures.

This Notice does not exhaust the process of filling vacancies in the project, being certain the possibility of a new resolution regulating a new selective call, until it meets the need for human resources of the same. Article 2\u1d52\u00a0The evaluation criteria for candidates for this selection process are: Proven experience for the function or position sought; Technical or academic training for the function or position claimed; Ability to integrate and work as a team. Paragraph one: Candidates who have legal impediments pursuant to Article 73 of the Federal Constitution of 1988 c\/c Article 117, XVIII of Law 8112\/90 c\/c Article 3 of Law 12813\/2013 c\/c Decision n\u00ba 1674\/2006- Plenary TCU- Federal Court of Accounts. First paragraph. The measurement criteria for each item above will be established by the Administrative Selection Commission, which will resolve any tie between the candidates.
