With regard to academic information:<br \/>\nI- Course Pedagogical Project (PPC) in the standard model of the Institute;<br \/>\nII- List of the teaching staff, including external guests, with their data and reference from the Lattes curriculum;<br \/>\nIII- Quantitative of the student body per course and any classes (periodicity);<br \/>\nIV- Conditions and certification system, including any partner Universities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Art. 3rd. With regard to the administrative part:<br \/>\nI- Model linking the Course with the Carlos Chagas Institute; in the case of a Legal Entity, forward the Institutional Cooperation Term;<br \/>\nII- Model of linking students with the Course, including the contract for the provision of educational services on behalf of Instituto Superior de Ci\u00eancias da Sa\u00fade Carlos Chagas;<br \/>\nIII- Faculty remuneration system, including whether the Carlos Chagas Institute itself promotes payments;<br \/>\nIV- Course financial control system.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Art. 4th. Omitted cases will be resolved by the Executive Board, with the opinion of the General Coordination of Graduate Studies, in the set of its competences and, ultimately, by the General Assembly.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Tradu\u00e7\u00e3o\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Art. 5th.
