RESOLUTION No. 006/2023

The President of the Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde – Instituto Carlos Chagas (ICC), CNPJ nº 42.590.091/0001-02, in the exercise of his regimental and statutory attributions, due to the need to regulate a flow of feasibility for acquisitions of services and goods directed to the Carlos Chagas Institute Graduation Courses.

Considering the competence of the President of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC pursuant to Article 42 of its bylaws;

Considering the institutional objective described in Article 7ᵒ, of the Bylaws, of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC with regard to actions to carry out its mission;

Considering the principles of legality, impersonality, morality, publicity, efficiency, economy, transparency and probity, founding the ICC, through Article 9 of the Bylaws.

Considering the need to speed up and efficiently the ICC’s administrative workflow, specifically to appoint the Undergraduate Course Coordinator. Pursuant to Article 42, paragraph, “j” and “n” of the ICC Bylaws, RESOLVES:

Article 1. Appoint, with retroactive effects, from September 2, 2021, the Coordinator of the Technologist Course in Hospital Management Professor Graccho Bogea de Melo e Alvim Neto, holder of CPF No. 682.982.427-34.

Article 2. Omissions will be resolved by the Executive Board of the Carlos Chagas Institute.

Article 3 – This Resolution is published on the Carlos Chagas Institute website, adopting all relevant administrative measures.
