The President of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC, pursuant to the current educational legislation, in the use of its regulatory and statutory attributions, in relation to the institutional regulation of Postgraduate Courses, in accordance with Article 7 c/c Article 42 of the Bylaws of the entity:
Considering the statutory objective of Article 7, Sole Paragraph, of Instituto CarlosChagas – ICC to promote postgraduate courses;
Considering the opinion of the postgraduate coordination of Instituto CarlosChagas, regarding the need to regulate academic functional parameters;
Considering Article 41, “a” of the Bylaws of the entity regarding the issue of improvement rules
Considering Article 9 of the Bylaws of the Carlos Chagas Institute, its actions and financial management are governed by the principles of legality, impersonality, morality, publicity, efficiency, economy, transparency and probity;
Considering Law 9.394 of 1994 c/c Resolution No. 1 of April 6, 2018 c/cCNE/CES No. 1 of June 8, 2007, both of the Ministry of Education; The CEO Instituto Carlos Chagas, pursuant to Article 42, item “t” of the Bylaws,
RESOLVES:
Article 1 Establish the regulations for postgraduate courses at the CarlosChagas Institute, pursuant to the aforementioned legislation.
Article 2. The Postgraduate Consultative Administrative Commission is hereby created, an instance to support the executive board of the Carlos Chagas Institute, for the purpose of implanting and implementing the regulation of the Carlos Chagas Institute’s postgraduate courses.
Article 3 The Graduate Advisory Administrative Commission will be made up of the following invited members: 1. Alair Augusto Sarmet Moreira Damas dos Santos – CPF: 795.064.107-04 – PhD in Radiology; 2. José Galvão Alves, CPF:369.973.827-20 – PhD in Gastroenterology; and 3. Paulo Loures, CPF: 242.969.536-72 – Specialist in General Surgery
First paragraph. The work will be chaired by the first member.
Article 4 The Postgraduate Advisory Administrative Commission will meet according to its convenience and need.
Article 5 It is incumbent upon the Secretariat of the Carlos Chagas Institute to manage the commission’s work administratively.
Article 6. It is incumbent upon the Legal Department of the Carlos Chagas Institute, when requested, to issue opinions on the work of the commission.
Article 7. The Secretariat of the Carlos Chagas Institute will give express notice of this Resolution to the members of the Postgraduate Advisory Administrative Commission, as well as to the entire academic community.
Article 8. Omitted cases will be resolved by the presidency of the CarlosChagas Institute, after hearing the commission. Article 9 This Resolution is published on the website of the Carlos Chagas Institute, with a retroactive date from March 22, 2023.
