The President of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC, in the use of its regimental and statutory attributions, in relation to technical cooperation with the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, aiming at the development of the Projeto Menina, Moça Mulher, aimed at health care for women in a state of vulnerability social, relating to the term of the Term of Development n. 121/2021 and SINCONV N. 917262/2021 signed between the Carlos Chagas Institute and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, pursuant to Article 42 of the entity’s Bylaws, makes public the Employee Selection Notice, to fill vacancies and register reservations, in the following terms:
Considering the statutory objective of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC to promote actions and projects aimed at women in a state of vulnerability, in defense of the right to health, pursuant to Article 9, “e” of its bylaws;
Considering the institutional objective of Article 7ᵒ, “I” of the Bylaws, of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC with regard to the celebration of institutional cooperation with public bodies to carry out its mission;
Considering the cooperation agreement between the Carlos Chagas Institute and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, which imposes strict compliance with Law No. 8,958/1994 and Decree No. 7,423/2010; Law No. 14.133/21; and Law No. 13.019/2014.
Considering that, in accordance with Article 9 of the Bylaws of the Carlos Chagas Institute, its actions and financial management are governed by the principles of legality, impersonality, morality, publicity, efficiency, economy, transparency and probity;
Considering that the Girl, Girl, Woman Project is an institutional action by the Carlos Chagas Institute, which is legally responsible for public bodies and any employees who will be hired to carry out the work;
Considering that the result of the original selection process, after exhausting the established routes for choosing certain functions, remained deserted and administratively perished; The Chief Executive Officer Instituto Carlos Chagas, pursuant to Article 42, item “t” of the Bylaws,
RESOLVES:
Article 1ᵒ Institute a simplified selection procedure for filling vacancies and registering reservations for the functions in ANNEX I, which will be selected by the Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Menina, Moça Mulher Project, with regard to technical cooperation with the Foundation Oswaldo Cruz.
Single paragraph. This Notice does not exhaust the process of filling vacancies in the project, being certain the possibility of a new resolution regulating a new selective call, until it meets the need for human resources of the same.
Article 2. The Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Menina, Moça Mulher Project will promote a simplified process with analysis of resumes and interviews, selecting the three best candidates for each function, including for the reserve register, in the form of this Resolution.
Article 3ᵒ The evaluation criteria for candidates for this selection process are: a) Proven experience for the function or position sought; b) Technical or academic training for the function or position claimed; and c) Capacity for integration and teamwork.
First paragraph. For the global filling of the vacancies, the Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Girl, Moça Woman Project, will take into account the condition of gender, ethnic-racial, sexual orientation, as well as people with disabilities among the candidates, in prestige to the principles of dignity and equality, recognized in Articles 1 and 5 of the Federal Constitution of 1988.
Second paragraph. Candidates who have legal impediments pursuant to Article 73 of the Federal Constitution of 1988 c/c Article 117, XVIII of Law 8.112/90 c/c Article 3 of Law 12.813/2013 c/c Judgment No. 1674/ 2006- TCU Plenary – Federal Court of Accounts.
Third paragraph. The criteria for measuring and evaluating the candidates will be established by the Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Girl, Moça Mulher Project, which will resolve any tie between the candidates.

Article 4. The Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Menina, Moça Mulher Project will be formed by the following invited members: 1. Munir Leonardo Soares Khayat – CPF nº 09985617703; 2. Sylvia Regina dos Santos – CPF nº 76761592704; 3. Waldyr Gomes da Costa Neto- CPF No. 082548207-08.
First paragraph. The work will be chaired by the first member, assisted by the legal advisory of the Carlos Chagas Institute.
Second paragraph. All the work of the Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the ICC’s Girl, Moça Mulher Project, in all its phases and stages, will be recorded in a separate minutes, under the guidance of the legal advice of the Carlos Chagas Institute.
Article 5. The simplified selection process will take place in the following steps:

Article 6. Candidates must send an email with a lattes curriculum, when applicable, within the period defined above, to the address secretaria@carloschagas.org.br with proof of identity,
First paragraph. In the case of functions regulated by a class body, it is required to forward the functional card issued by the body.
Second paragraph. In the subject/reference field of the e-mail, the candidate must expressly mention the vacancy he/she is applying for, with the following text: “Resume for Vacancy of (mention function)”.
Third paragraph. Resumes forwarded without expressly observing the second paragraph above will not be considered and will be summarily discarded.
Article 7 The Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Menina, Moça Mulher Project will meet in accordance with the calendar of this Resolution and on other dates of its convenience and necessity.
Article 8 It is incumbent upon the Secretariat of the Carlos Chagas Institute to manage the commission’s work administratively.
Article 9. It is incumbent upon the Legal Department of the Carlos Chagas Institute, when requested, to issue opinions on the work of the commission.
Article 10. The Secretariat of the Carlos Chagas Institute will give express notice of this Resolution to the members of the Administrative Commission for the Selection of Collaborators for the Girl, Moça Mulher Project.
Article 11. The omitted cases will be resolved by the presidency of the Carlos Chagas Institute, after hearing the commission.
Article 12. This Resolution is published on the Carlos Chagas Institute website and forwarded to the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, adopting all relevant administrative measures.
