The President of the Higher Institute of Health Sciences – Carlos Chagas Institute (ICC), CNPJ nº 42.590.091/0001-02 in the exercise of his regimental and statutory attributions, in relation to technical cooperation with the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, aiming at the development of the Projeto Menina, Moça Mulher, aimed at health care for women in a state of social vulnerability, regarding the term of agreement No.
Considering the statutory objective of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC to promote actions and projects aimed at women in a state of vulnerability, in defense of the right to health, pursuant to Article 9, “e” of its bylaws;
Considering the institutional objective of Article 7ᵒ, “I” of the Bylaws, of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC with regard to the celebration of institutional cooperation with public bodies to carry out its mission;
Considering the cooperation agreement between the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, which imposes strict compliance with Law No. 8,958/1994 and Decree No. 7,423/2010;
Considering that, in accordance with Article 9 of the Bylaws of the Carlos Chagas Institute – ICC, its actions and financial management are governed by the principles of legality, impersonality, morality, publicity, efficiency, economy, transparency and probity;
Considering that the Girl, Girl, Woman Project is ‘an institutional action by the Carlos Chagas Institute, which is legally responsible for public bodies and any employees who will be hired to carry out the work.
Considering the absence of legal impediments in the form of Article 73 of the Federal Constitution of 1988 c/c Article 117, XVIII of Law 8.112/90 c/c Article 3 of Law 12.813/2013 c/c Judgment No. 1674/2006- Plenary TCU- Court Union accounts.
Considering the resignation request of the social coordinator of the Menina Moça Mulher Project
Pursuant to Article 42, item “t” of the ICC Bylaws, RESOLVES:
Article 1st Appoint Sylvia Regina dos Santos, Brazilian, single, bearer of identity card No. 055273395 IFP, CPF: 277.577.147-53, residing at Rua Joaquim Martinho, No. 756, apto. 102, Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, email: sylvia.61regina@gmail.com, Curriculum Lattes.
Article 2. Omitted cases will be resolved by the president of the Carlos Chagas Institute, and when he is unable to do so, by the vice-president, in accordance with the Bylaws.
Article 3. This Resolution is published on the Carlos Chagas Institute website and forwarded to the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation – FIOCRUZ, adopting all the pertinent administrative measures.
